If you buy, sell or rent property in the US, Zillow is where the listings are. The ORYKSA AI employee runs the search for you.
What she does
- Searches by city, ZIP code, neighbourhood or address under For sale, For rent or Sold, applies filters (price, beds, baths, home type, square feet, year built, HOA) and sorts as you ask.
- Reads each listing, page by page or by moving the map: address, price, beds, sqft, year, HOA, days on Zillow, Zestimate, agent, MLS id, plus price and tax history.
- Prepares the Contact agent, Request a tour or Request to apply forms with your details. The first one waits for your approval; she then reuses the text.
- For landlords, reads listings, applications and messages in Zillow Rental Manager; publishing, editing or replying to applicants only with approval.
Her reports always note that the Zestimate is an automated estimate, not an appraisal. Sign-in and anti-bot checks stay with you; she never types passwords, never applies, pays fees or requests mortgage pre-approval.
