Your AI employee recognises Cl@ve and hands the screen to you

In Spain, the Agencia Tributaria, Seguridad Social, DGT and many city councils ask for identification through Cl@ve. The ORYKSA AI employee knows what to do on that page: stop and hand over to you.

What she does

  • Recognises the Cl@ve page (or any screen with Cl@ve PIN, Cl@ve Permanente, certificate or DNIe) as an identification step and calls you right away.
  • Explains the options shown: Cl@ve PIN, a code from the app or SMS valid for minutes; Cl@ve Permanente, user and password; certificate or DNIe, through the browser chooser.
  • Once you have identified on the live screen, continues the task on the original service.
  • Reports error texts literally, for example "no está registrado en Cl@ve", so you can register.

She never types ID numbers, passwords or PINs, never clicks Obtener PIN or requests codes, and never registers or activates Cl@ve on your behalf; repeated PIN requests can block the account.

How to ask

There is nothing to ask for: this skill kicks in on its own when another task runs into Cl@ve. You get the message "Cl@ve asks for identification, please join the live screen" and she resumes afterwards.

It costs 3 interactions per step and 1 per minute while she works. The skill comes ready, no setup and no training, and she works from her own computer in the cloud even when you are away.
