Your AI employee already knows how to search ZAP Imóveis
By Weslley Harakawa
If you deal with property in Brazil, ZAP Imóveis is one of the biggest shop windows. The ORYKSA AI employee runs the search for you, listing by listing.
What she does
- Picks Buy or Rent, type, city or neighbourhood and price, applies filters (bedrooms, parking, area, condo fee, furnished, pets allowed) and sorts as you ask.
- Reads each listing on every page: price, condo fee, IPTU tax, area, bedrooms, parking, floor, neighbourhood, advertiser and listing code.
- For rentals she separates the rent from the total (rent + condo fee + IPTU); "sob consulta" is reported as no public price.
- Drafts the message to the advertiser with your details. The first one waits for your approval; she then reuses the text for the rest of the list.
Agencies edit their own listings in Canal Pro only with your approval. Signing in is yours; she never types passwords, never books visits or makes offers.
How to ask
Tell her on WhatsApp: "find 2-bedroom flats to rent in Pinheiros up to 4,000 reais and send me the 10 best with the monthly total".
It costs 3 interactions per step and 1 per minute while she works. The skill comes ready, no setup and no training, and she works from her own computer in the cloud even when you are away.
