VivaReal is one of Brazil's largest property portals. The ORYKSA AI employee walks through the results for you, listing by listing.
What she does
- Picks Buy or Rent, type, city, neighbourhood or street, applies filters (price, bedrooms, parking, area, condo fee, furnished, pets allowed, new build) and sorts as you ask.
- Reads each listing on every page: price, condo fee, IPTU tax, area, bedrooms, parking, floor, neighbourhood, advertiser and listing code.
- For rentals she reports the rent and the total separately; "sob consulta" means no public price.
- Drafts the message to the advertiser with your details. The first one waits for your approval; she then reuses the text for the rest of the list.
Agencies edit their own listings in Canal Pro only with your approval. Sign-in and anti-bot checks stay with you; she never types passwords, never books visits or makes offers.
