Vetstoria online bookings, followed by your AI employee

If clients book your veterinary practice online through Vetstoria, your AI employee can now follow those bookings for you. She opens the practice portal on her own computer and prepares the next step. You sign in yourself; she never types passwords or codes.

What she does

  • Reads online bookings and requests: client, pet, species, reason, vet, date, time and status.
  • Prepares a confirmation, move or cancellation and stops before the final click, showing client, pet and time.
  • Reads which slots, vets and appointment types are open online; changing availability rules, durations, types or prices waits for your approval.
  • Reads reports on booking volume and new versus existing clients.
  • Reads the triage notes clients wrote. She never answers medical questions; replies wait for your approval and send clinical questions to the vet.

She reports only what you asked about pets and owners, and never changes the PIMS integration, the website widget or the deposit and payment settings.

How to ask

Tell her on WhatsApp: “Which Vetstoria bookings came in overnight and still need confirming? Prepare the confirmations for me to approve.”

This skill comes ready, with no setup and no training: she works from her own computer in the cloud, even while you are away. Cost: 3 interactions per step and 1 per minute while she works.
