If your salon takes bookings through Treatwell, your AI employee already knows how to work in Treatwell Connect. When the site asks for credentials, you sign in on the live screen; she never types passwords. After that, she does the work for you.
What she does
- Reads the calendar and sends you the bookings: client, service, staff member, time and price. Automatic, no approval needed.

- Reads reviews; a reply is only published after you approve the text.
- Moving, confirming or cancelling a booking waits for your approval, with a summary: client, service and time.
- Changing services and prices also waits for your yes. She never touches the marketplace settings, which carry a commission.
You can also use her as a customer: she picks salon, service, staff and time at another business and stops before the final button, with a summary for you to approve.
