For a restaurant, TheFork is a source of bookings that needs attention every day. Your AI employee opens TheFork Manager from her own computer in the cloud and tells you what matters before service starts.
What she does
- Reads the bookings of the day or the week in TheFork Manager: guest, time, covers, status and notes, and sends you the summary.
- Confirming, moving or cancelling a booking waits for your approval, with a summary of guest, time and covers.
- Reads reviews and drafts replies; each reply is published only after you approve the draft.
- As a guest, she books a table at another restaurant on TheFork with your details and stops before the final confirm button, showing restaurant, date, time, party size and any special request.
- She never touches the restaurant's offers or Yums; if the site asks for a login, she stops and tells you, and you sign in on the live screen.
How to ask
Tell her on WhatsApp: "check tomorrow's bookings on TheFork and send me the list by time".
