If you look for or sell property in France, SeLoger is the reference portal for agency listings. The ORYKSA AI employee runs the search for you.
What she does
- Picks Buy or Rent, type (flat, house, commercial space, land), city or postcode, budget and rooms, and refines with filters (surface, floor, lift, parking, DPE energy class).
- Reads each listing on every page: price, charges and whether they are included, surface, rooms, floor, DPE class, district, agency and reference.
- Drafts the message to the agency with your details. The first one waits for your approval; she then reuses the text for the rest.
- "Prix sur demande" is reported as no public price.
