Quandoo is a restaurant booking platform used in Portugal, Spain, Germany, Italy and the United Kingdom. Your AI employee already knows how to use it from both sides: as a guest, to book a table, and as a restaurant, in the Business Center.
What she does
- As a guest: she finds the restaurant, picks date, time and party size, fills in your business details and stops before the "Book" button. She sends you the summary and only goes ahead with your yes. Cancelling or changing also waits for approval.
- As a restaurant: she reads today's or this week's bookings (guest, time, people, status, notes) and sends you the list. Automatic.
- Confirming, declining, moving or cancelling a reservation, or marking a no-show: only with your approval, with the summary.
- She reads and summarises reviews, statistics and reports. Replying to a review, blocking times, changing capacity or opening hours: she waits for your yes.
- She never touches offers, discounts, loyalty deals, the subscription plan or billing. Logins: you sign in on the live screen.
How to ask
Tell her on WhatsApp: "Check Saturday's bookings on Quandoo and tell me if any of them has a special note".
