If you run a business in Portugal, issuing a recibo verde, checking invoices in e-fatura or looking up the state of a VAT return are small jobs that take time. Your AI employee already knows how to do them on Portal das Finanças.
What she does
- Prepares the fatura-recibo with client name, NIF, amount, VAT regime and withholding. Before clicking Emitir she stops and sends you the full summary. She issues only after your yes.
- Then she downloads the PDF to your files.
- Reads the invoices received in e-fatura for any period and sends you the list, no approval needed.
- Registers missing invoices in e-fatura, but only saves them with your approval.
- Reads the state of your VAT returns. Submitting any return always waits for your approval.
When the Portal asks for the NIF, the password or a Chave Móvel Digital code, she stops: you sign in on the live screen. She never guesses passwords or retries a failed submission.
How to ask
Tell her on WhatsApp: "prepare a recibo verde of 350 euros for Maria Silva, NIF 123456789, October consulting, VAT exempt under article 53".
