Your Google profile is the shop window most customers see before they call or walk in. Keeping hours right, answering reviews and posting news takes time. Your AI employee already knows how to do it on Google Business Profile.
What she does
- Updates opening hours and special hours for holidays under Edit profile.
- Posts updates with the text you give her and the photo you send. She never invents offers.
- Reads new reviews and replies in the reviewer's language: short, polite, never arguing. A reply to a 1 to 3 star review waits for your approval, with the draft in front of you.
- Creates a new profile with name, category, address, phone, website and hours. At verification (postcard, phone, video or email) she stops and tells you which option Google offers.
She does not change the name or category unless you ask, because Google may suspend the profile. At the Google sign-in, you sign in on the live screen; she never types passwords.
