OpenTable works on both sides: booking a table at a restaurant and, in OpenTable for Restaurants, managing the reservations at yours. Your AI employee handles both from her own computer in the cloud.
What she does
- As a guest, finds the restaurant, picks date, time and party size and fills in your details; before the final button to complete the reservation, she stops and sends you the summary to approve.
- At your restaurant, reads today's or this week's reservations automatically: guest, time, covers, status, notes and tags, and sends you the list.
- Confirming, seating, cancelling or moving a reservation, marking a no-show, blocking times or changing capacity always waits for your yes, with the summary.
- Reads reviews and guest profile notes; replying or editing needs approval, with the draft.
How to ask
Tell her on WhatsApp: "check today's reservations on OpenTable and tell me if there are any allergy notes".
She never touches pricing, promotions, Boost campaigns or billing, and never charges a no-show fee without your yes. If the site asks for a login, the owner signs in on the live screen.
