Mindbody schedule and reports, read by your AI employee

If your studio or gym runs on Mindbody, your AI employee can now keep up with it for you. She opens it on her own computer, reads the schedule and prepares the next step. You sign in yourself on the live screen; she never types passwords or codes.
What she does
- Reads the schedule: classes, appointments and bookings, with instructor, time, enrolled and waitlist counts.
- Looks up a client or member: membership, visits remaining, contracts and balance, reporting only what you asked.
- Reads reports on attendance, sales, retention and no-shows, numbers only.
- Prepares adding, cancelling or moving a class, booking or cancelling a client, or marking attendance, and stops before the final click with the summary.
- A sale, refund, contract change, staff schedule change or mass email goes out only after you approve it.
She never edits pricing options, memberships, auto-pay or merchant settings, never copies health forms, waivers or injury notes, and never deletes clients or classes.
How to ask
Tell her on WhatsApp: “Tell me which classes tomorrow are under half full and who is waitlisted for the 7 pm.”
