Your AI employee searches Imovirtual and contacts advertisers for you

Imovirtual is Portugal's main property portal, and your AI employee can now search it for you. She opens it on her own computer, browses at a human pace and reports what she found.
What she does
- Chooses buy or rent, type, location and price, refines with the filters (typology, area, condition) and goes through every result page.
- Reads each listing: title, price, area, typology, floor, condition, location, energy certificate, seller type and phone when shown. “Sob consulta” means no public price.
- Contacts advertisers through the message form with your details and message. The first message of a job waits for your approval with the draft; the same text is reused after.
- For agencies, manages your own ads: price, photos, description, publishing or deactivating. Every save waits for your approval, with the ad and old and new values.
If a sign-in page appears, you sign in yourself; she never types passwords, never buys featured placements or changes billing, and never schedules a visit in your name without approval.
How to ask
Tell her on WhatsApp: “Find T2 apartments to rent in Braga under 900 euros and send me the list with phones.”
