She compares hotel and flight prices on Google Travel

Before booking a trip, it helps to know who has the best price. Your AI employee already knows how to use Google Travel (Google Hotels and Google Flights) to compare, and never books.

What she does

  • Hotels: she enters destination, dates and guests, reads the list (name, rating, price, total), opens each hotel and reads each partner's price (Booking.com, Expedia, Hotels.com, the hotel's site) with its cancellation terms. She sends you the comparison. Automatic.
  • Your own hotel: she reports what Google shows, rates per partner, price parity and review count.
  • Flights: she searches route and dates and reads the best options (airline, times, stops, price). She never buys.
  • If the goal is to book, she stops at the comparison and asks which option to go with. Payment is always yours, on the partner's site.
  • Creating price alerts on the Google account: only with your approval.

She always reports the currency and whether the total includes taxes. Logins, if asked: you, on the live screen.

How to ask

Tell her on WhatsApp: "Compare hotels in Porto from 3 to 5 April, up to 150 euros a night, and tell me where it is cheapest".

The skill comes ready, with no setup and no training. She works from her own computer in the cloud, even when you are away. Cost: 3 interactions per step and 1 per minute while she works.
