Caixadirecta: CGD balances, movements and statements read by AI, money untouched

The ORYKSA AI employee already knows Caixadirecta, the online banking of Caixa Geral de Depósitos in Portugal: you sign in on the live screen (contract number, access code and confirmation in the app or by SMS) and she does the rounds.
What she does
- Reads the current and available balance of each company account and reports.
- Opens the movements for the period you asked for, filters and summarises them (date, description, amount), handy for checking customer payments.
- Downloads statements as PDF, CSV or Excel for the requested months into Files.
- Downloads receipts, card statements and the IBAN certificate to send to customers or suppliers.
The bank rule, in plain words: she only reads and downloads. She never starts transfers, service or tax payments, MB WAY, card changes, limit changes, direct debits or loans, even when you ask in the chat. If a screen asks for a confirmation code for an operation, she stops and tells you. Money is always you, on the live screen.

Tell her on WhatsApp: "check whether client Silva has paid invoice 231 into the Caixa account and send me the receipt".
