If you want to sell to the Portuguese public sector, Portal BASE is where tender notices and signed contracts are published. The ORYKSA AI employee runs the searches for you, with no login, because the portal is public.
What she does
- Searches notices by procedure type, contracting entity, CPV code, region, date and value, opens each one and reports object, entity, proposal deadline, base price and where the full documents are hosted.
